Gabrielle Egrie

Executive Director

Gabrielle Egrie has dedicated her career to supporting and empowering people, both in the workplace and within her community. She began her journey in Human Resources in 2012, just before graduating from Rowan University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. In 2022, Gabrielle joined Woodbury Mews as the Human Resources Director, providing vital support to associates and the management team.

Her strong leadership and commitment to excellence quickly led to expanded responsibilities, and in April 2024 she transitioned into a dual role overseeing both Human Resources and Business Office Management. Building on that foundation, Gabrielle achieved her Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) credential in August 2025, a requirement in New Jersey and a testament to her dedication to senior living leadership. 

Now as Executive Director, Gabrielle combines her expertise in people management with her genuine passion for connecting with residents. She believes the most rewarding part of her role is hearing residents’ stories and building meaningful relationships that enrich the community.

Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore with her husband and their three children.
